What is Practical
Process Improvement ® (PPI)? It is a practical, results-focused, scaled-approach through the use of appropriate strategies
and tactics tailored for the size of the firm and scope of the project. With the application and rollout of Internet of Things
(IoT) and Industry 4.0 (I4.0) technology and solutions, it is ever more critical to make certain your services and processes
are optimized for your clients and customers. PPI holds a firm belief in the principles, tools, and techniques of lean, six sigma and other process
improvement methodologies. Years of practical experience has shown many firms
do not have the resources, human and financial, to fully use the complete lean or six sigma DMAIC or DMADV frameworks. This led to development of Practical Process Improvement ®, a scaled, tailored approach. PPI was founded in 2006 and assists clients in healthcare,
IT, manufacturing and service businesses to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of their processes and
services by use of practical process improvement tools and methodologies Scott Cornish, Founder and Principal Consultant,
